Administrative Clerk (Information Management Clerk)
Duties
The Information Management Clerk of the Information Resource Managment (IRM) section assists the Information Management Officer (IMO) with the management of IRM programs, interfaces with IRM visitors and local service providers, processes IRM Locally Employed (LE) staff Time & Attendance, serves as the IRM office subcashier, serves as the IRM Procuring Agent, manages all My Services ticket assignment and closure, and performs various other duties in support of IRM functions such as, fiscal planning and budget processes, scheduling meetings, and general records management and filing. In addition to the primary job elements, the Clerk provides Mission-wide Telephone Receptionist backup support. The position reports to the IMO.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EVALUATIONS
- One year of administrative or technical experience in cellular telephone and radio required.
- Basic computer skills in a network environment and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as well as MS share point is required.
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- LANGUAGE: English level III (Good Working Knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading is required. Shona level III (Good Working Knowledge)Written/Speaking/Reading is required or Ndebele level III (Good Working Knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading is required
- Ability to file, to learn and grasp various Department program applications, ability to maintain web based databases, good organizational skills, good record keeping. Customer service skills, troubleshooting skills of cellphones/radio equipment.
