Duties And Responsibilities
What we expect from you
· Assist MD with all Secretarial services.
· Keep the ambience of the MD’s office in a good and presentable state.
· Assist the MD with coordination of issues relating to Board members.
· Manage the MD’s diary.
· Assist the MD with consolidation of Management, Board and EXCO reports.
· Manage and coordinate the Subsidiary’s special events as directed by the MD.
· Assist the MD with all arrangements for local and international travel.
· Manage office equipment, stationery and supplies for the MD’s office.
· Create files and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
· Ensure effective distribution of circulars to staff in the Subsidiary.
· Manage Driver/Messenger in consultation with the MD.
· Perform any other duties, tasks or assignments as may be delegated from time to time by the MD.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
· A Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
· Executive or Topflight Secretarial Diploma.
· At least 5 years’ experience working preferably in a similar role.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
· Computer literacy i.e. MS-Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
· Good administrative and time management skills.
· Mature and professional approach i.e. tact and diplomacy.
· Sound emotional quotient and interpersonal competence.
