Job Summary

This position coordinates the day-to-day operations and oversees the overall administrative and human resource functions of the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of ZINECDA.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. ADMINISTRATION
   i. Procures and manages inventory according to policies
   ii. Manages organization assets;
   iii. Manages vehicle fleet that is regular maintenance and vehicle usage policies applied.
   iv. Ensures accurate maintenance of files, especially human resources, in accordance with policy and compliance standards
   v. Organizes meetings/workshops and ensures that refreshments and documents are in place for seminars and meetings as may be directed and makes sure that all transport logistics are in place in a timely fashion.
   vi. Receipt of cash from field activities and other sources
   2. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
   i. Assist in administering monthly payroll,
   ii. Manages staff Leave
   iii. Timely processing of all statutory payments including pensions and other active staff schemes
   iv. Ensure policy adherence by all employees
   v. Assist in the drafting of contracts, appraisal forms, and timely distribution of these documents
   vi. Assist in the recruitment and employment processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring in collaboration with departmental managers.
   vii. Prepares all personnel actions and time records assuring accuracy and completeness
   viii. Implements staff wellness activities.

Qualifications And Experience

• Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any equivalent Social Science Degree:
  • Knowledge and experience in
  • At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent planning and minute taking
