Administration Assistant

Reports to the Human Resource and Administration Executive Officer

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Local Governance Studies or equivalent; Ability to communicate effectively and work with minimum supervision; At least 2 years working experience in a similar position; Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work; Strong organisational and planning skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Human Resource and Administration Executive Officer; Assist in organising and scheduling meetings and appointments; Assist in payroll functions; Maintains computer and manual filing system; Assist in taking minutes of meetings; General office management; Receives, sort and distributes correspondence, emails, memos and letters; Assists in travel bookings; Assists with reception duties.
