Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above
permanent positions that have arisen at Kelvin DBC.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Depot Controller, the successful applicants among other key challenging
aspects; will be responsible for:

Receipting and processing payments from customers; cash and bank transfers in SAP.
Printing account statements and issuing receipts to customers.
Ensuring prompt payment of accounts.
Clearing of Driver Balances and AR open items.
Liaising with Sales and Distribution on non-paying customers.
Filing systematically all Accounts Receivables and Proof of deliveries (PODs) of
National Accounts.
Matching/allocating all payments to their respective outlet numbers.
Processing and applying payments on Sundry sales.
Performing any other duties as they arise.

THE PERSON

The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:

Have a minimum of 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Computer Literate- Excel and Power point.
Honest, hardworking, and requiring minimal supervision.
Good inter-personal communication skills
Appreciation of manufacturing and environmental systems including HACCP; ISO
9001; ISO 14001.
