The incumbents will report to Assistant Accountant and will be responsible for the following, among other duties:

DUTIES
Folio reconciliation.
Computation of income from cash accounts.
Coding of information before capturing.
Filing of cash accounts documents.
Capturing, filing of invoices and all debtors documents.
Running and adjusting age-analysis

Posting and updating invoices in the system.
Liaise with Estates for rental payments.
Developing co-operative working relationships with other members of the team.
Bank reconciliations

REQUIREMENTS
5 “O” Levels including English and Mathematics plus 2 “A” Levels.
Part B. SAAA, CIS, IAC, CIMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
