DESCRIPTION 
Making payments, creditors’ reconciliations and addressing creditor’s queries. Ensuring Retail team is well serviced to carry their mandate efficiently and timeously.

DUTIES
Processing service and other creditors invoices
Creditors payments preparation
Capturing all payments into the system
Day end figures compilation
Recording and emailing proof of payments and processing

Receiving, recording and filing documents
Bank rec (Bank to be assigned)
Admin Charges
Insurance journals
Depreciation journals
Payment proposal
Any other duties as may be delegated by superiors

REQUIREMENTS
At least a degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in the same position
Knowledge of Pastel Accounting an advantage
