National Foods Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, an outbound distribution and warehousing company of fast-moving consumer goods, seeks applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and self-driven candidates to be considered for the following opportunity that have arisen in the business.
Reporting to the Distribution Manager/Accounts Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
DUTIES
Management of general ledger and reconciliation processes.
Conducting stock take and analysing variances.
Performing month end procedures to close prior periods.
Preparation of monthly audit files.
Maintaining the Fixed Assets register.
Preparation of financial reports for weekly management meetings.
Liaising with internal and external auditors.
Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements.
Carrying out Income tax computations and review of ZIMRA returns.
Carrying out Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/HND Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
Knowledge of SAGE software is an added advantage.
At least 2 years’ proven and relevant experience in accounting.
Experience in a Distribution/Logistics will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
