Accounting and Administration Officer 194 views

The Accounting and Administration Officer will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining accurate sales and accounting records.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordination and real time accounting of movement of Assets with the Value chain

• Inventory control

• Inventory tracking in different outlets

• Daily Capturing of transactions

• Setting up of tracking systems for Sales commissions and payments reconciliation

• Managing internal and external sales team

• Loss Control

• Inbound logistics

Qualifications And Experience

Degree in Accounting an /or IMM

Understanding of Sales and Distribution Administration

Ability to do repetitive tasks, detail oriented, ethics, technology savvy, interpersonal skills, personal effectiveness and credibility.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry

• Experience in using Pastel

• Experience in 3rd Party Sales Platforms
