Accountants (Grade D3)
Zimbabwe Media Commission is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill in the above post that has arisen at the Commission.
Reports To: Chief Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Accountant is responsible for managing all accounting transactions, maintaining of general ledgers, preparation of budget forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and reports.
The incumbent should also ensure compliance with applicable Financial Standards, rules regulations, and systems.

Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Accounting/ Finance or HND in Accounting or equivalent.
A minimum of two years experience in a similar or relevant field.
Knowledge of Pastel Partner and Evolution.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Excellent computer skills including Excel.
Good understanding of Government Accounting procedures and regulations (Public Finance ManagementAct.)
