Job Summary
Tsapo Group of Companies is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of an Accountant whose duties and responsibilities, qualifications and experience are as stated below.

Duties And Responsibilities
1. Preparing budget forecasts within stipulated time frames, ensuring adherence to the budget and expenditures.
2. Preparing and presenting business plans and resolve cost related issues.
3. Preparing and distributing board meeting packs within advised time limits.
4. Reviewing bank reconciliations before preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
5. Examining finances to determine risks and create forecasts.
6. Overseeing external and internal audits.
7. Enforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups.
8. Producing error-free accounting reports on time.
9. Review and recommend modification to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.

Qualifications And Experience
1. Degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA is a added advantage.
3. Proven experience as an Accountant.
4. In-depth experience in risk analysis, budgeting and financial forecasting.
5. Must have strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail.
