Monitoring & Evaluation Manager (Harare): ActionAid Zimbabwe

Reporting to the Team leader, the M & E Manager has overall responsibility for providing coordination and leadership for monitoring and evaluation of the grant. The manager will strengthen the capacity of the Mand E team and wider project implementation staff. The M and E manager will support consortium members in establishing their M and E and reporting systems and provide technical assistance to improve their understanding of project evaluation and a performance-based approach. Oversee and execute M and E activities with particular focus on results and impacts as well as in lessons learnt. Responsible for ensuring partner compliance to project agreements and back donor reporting timelines, templates and achievement of project results

RequirementsDegree in Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics or related field; Masters in related field will be an added advantage; At least 5 years experience in a similar role; Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
