Key Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintains sound internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Assists in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.
• Prepares and submits tax returns and statutory obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Oversees supplier payments and customer invoicing processes.
• Reviews financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Experience within the agriculture or agribusiness sector will be an added advantage.
