A. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (GRADE 9)
Reports to: The Executive Officer Administration, HR & Social Services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux Servers
- Ensure network security and Uptime
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues
- Implement back up and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve IT infrastructure
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications. (e.g. Microsoft, CISCO, COMPtia)
- 2+ years’ experience in Systems Administration
- No criminal record
