Signed By Bright is seeking a confident, creative, and energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving concerns.
Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and maintain professional communication.
Collaborate with internal teams including production, marketing, and design to ensure high service standards.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including contact details and communication history.
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client needs analysis and tailor solutions accordingly.
Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Reach out to potential clients via cold calling and prospecting.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within designated timelines.
Coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze market potential, competitor trends, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver management reports on client feedback, industry trends, and product recommendations.
Continuously improve performance through client feedback and training.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
High levels of motivation and a results-driven approach.
Ability to craft tailored sales pitches and product demonstrations.
Relationship management skills and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.
Valid Class 4 driver’s license is a must.
