Accounts Clerk

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above mentioned post.

Qualifications

• 5’O’ levels including English, Maths or Accounts
• Part B CIS or ND Business Studies
• Full ZAAT diploma or equivalent

Duties

• Maintenance of cash books
• Maintenance of Accounts records
• Processing of payment vouchers and cheques
• Processing of requisition
• Receipting of fees and banking
• Processing of travel and subsistence on form claims
• Reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts
• Processing of monthly payroll
• Assist the Accountant on preparation of annual budget
• Maintenance of commitment register

Attributes

• Must possess good analytical skills, be able to work under pressure, computer literacy will be an added advantage.
