Job Summary
NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit a highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individual to fill the above mentioned position.
Reporting to Head Business Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for pioneering the thought-leading innovation strategy throughout the business and ensure that the organization is ahead of the game in the evolving digital financial services landscape.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads the development of an overall Digital strategy for the MF S and drive its implementation in order to deliver the overall revenues, market share, competitiveness and brand targets
- Manages Cards, Channels and Digital Proposition businesses for increased uptake, profitability and market share
- Spearheads new businesses around Remittances, Digital Lending, c-commerce and drive for market share, profitability and deposit flows
- Develops business case analysis for the proposition focusing on profits, deposits and market share in order fir meaning-ful decisions to be made
- Leads and manages end-to-end Product Development life-cycle by working closely with key functions to ensure their requirements are captured, analyzed and implemented successfully
- Develops and maintains strategic alliance relationships with relevant financial and technology partners to ensure that the Digital strategy is at the forefront of any alliances and product development opportunities
- Defines quantitative & qualitative processes for periodic fundamental marketing research of diverse products and. services;
- Defines the project scope, goals and deliverables, and identifies the players responsible
- Oversees day-to-day progress and monitoring of the execution plans, ensuring that correct progress is being achieved by each market in the overall plan
- Undertakes the delivery of regular progress reporting, focusing on exceptions and steps to correct the exceptions. Accurate and honest reports on project status and risks to the final delivery
- Conducts regular training sessions for team members and staff to create awareness about digital propositions nd position each staff asa Digital Ambassador
- Leads, manages, coaches and mentors own team to ensure the highest level of performance at all time.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent;
- Five to ten years related management or supervisory experience required;
- Progressive experience in operations, plastic card management, deployment strategy andior project management is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools;
- Collaborative and outgoing team player;
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
