THE JOB
The Incumbent’s duties include among others:
• Preparing forms and drawings for planning and building regulation applications
• Developing new store designs.
• Preparing plans and elevations on latest 3D software from survey notes.
• Copying and filing architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensuring all design work is carried out effectively and within target time.
• Coordinating architectural issues on drawings to structural and do necessary revisions.
• Liaising with the contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers involved in the project.
• Researching and gathering information in developing final designs & solve design problems.
• Visiting sites to confirm architectural drawings are correct and best serve the client’s interests.
• Attending to architectural site inspection and site meetings.
THE PERSON MUST:
• Have a degree/HND in Architectural Science.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience working in the field of Architecture.
• Be proficient in using AUTOCAD.
• Be competent in 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit & M.S Office tools.
• Be well versed in coordination & CAD drafting works-architectural, structural.
• Be an open-minded and committed team player.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have impeccable integrity.
