The role provides receptionist and typing services to the company and reports to the Human Resources Officer.

Key Performance Areas

• Mans the reception area on a daily basis.
• Operates the switchboard and directs calls to relevant offices
• Attends to visitors to the company and directs them to relevant officials
• Types correspondences as assigned.
• Takes and delivers messages for staff
• Performs office administration human resources clerical duties as assigned

Essential Competencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Good telephone and social etiquette.
• Proficiency on MS Office packages.
• A professional appearance and pleasant disposition.

Qualifications and Experience
• 5 ‘0’ levels including English Language and Mathematics
• Receptionist Certificate or equivalent
• A human resources qualification will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience
