Public Sector Strengthening Manager
The Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to strategically develop the Public sector Support Channel in Zimbabwe for targeted growth and impact through increased access of SRH services in the public health sector. The role also Involves Planning. organising and facilitating formal training sessions to all Pubic Sector partners in Zimbabwe. The incumbent be responsible for maintaining, enforcing and reviewing proper use of data tools for the Pubic Sector program and oversight of the Public Sector Support Channel performance against budget and targets. The role entails liaising with Ministry of Health and Child Care. and other SRH stakeholders Including participation in regional workshops
About You
To succeed in this role you most Have:
- Degree in Social science. Health science. Development Studies or related discipline. A Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Post graduate qualification in Project Management
- 5 years, 2 of which will be in project management role working with an NGO
- Health service sector background is advantageous
- Ability to present and write for multiple audiences
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well With others in team environments
