Finance and Administration Manager
ActionAid Zimbabwe is working with a consortium of NGOs and private partners (COSV, Mercy Corps, Braford Investments, Shamiso Farms, Zvikomborero Farms and Michview Entreprise) to support the Zimbabwe Agricultural Growth Programme in the area of Goat and Pig value chain transformation. Staff recruited to this programme will be based in Harare and will implement activities throughout Zimbabwe.
The postholder must be process oriented and will be responsible for the management of Financial and Administration activities on the Zimbabwe Agricultural Growth Programme (ZAGP) to achieve financial goals and ensure donor compliance. The Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for consolidation of donor financial reports, implementing financial and budgetary controls, management of Finance Officers and ensuring contractual compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. MBA advantageous; Minimum of six years’ experience in a similar role, Exposure to NGO sector highly advantageous.
Key Competencies
Experience in contract and financial management and reporting; Preparing, communicating and presenting critical financial matters to consortia partners; Responsible for drafting, reviewing and ensuring compliance with all service contracts entered by ZAGP; Responsible for operation controls in Finance and Administration.
