Business Administration Intern
Job description
- Post payments and receipts into the computer on a daily basis;
- Reconcile payroll creditors with pay-sheets monthly i.e. pension, medical aid, etc;
- Responsible for monitoring the projects budgets and checking financial requests;
- Assist in making financial reports for Projects;
- Checking all liquidations; Prepare and reconcile P6 Certificates;
- Compile all NSSA, W.C.I.F, Pension and Cimas returns;
- Type and file correspondence for the department, reports, budgets, bank drafts, etc;
- Filing of payment vouchers matched with supporting documents on a daily basis in an agreed sequential order according to cheque numbers;
- Assisting the Accountant in the Audit process;
- Take minutes of the departmental and workshop meetings;
- Perform any other duties as delegated by Accountant/Finance Manager;
- Produce reports whenever they are required; Administration duties at Children’s Home;
- Donor Management;
- Receipting of donations;
- HR management; Stores management;
- Carry out from time to time, additional duties commensurate with your grade as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or University level. An idea on how to use Quick Books and Pastel will be an added advantage.
