A Transport Company

Job 

-Salary Payroll Admin
-Payroll Recons
-Statutory Returns
-Handling of export receipts, that is clearance of export documents eg CD3.
-Inter company Recons
-Stock checks, monthly stock takes, variance reports
-Bank Reconciliations
-Assist in month end processes
– And any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications

  • Accounting Diploma

 Education Level

  •  Minimum 5 O’Levels including English, Maths/Accounts
Computer Experience Computer experience a must 
Knowledge Of Sage 1000, Belina Payroll, Excel & Word a mu 
Skills to Good communication, both written and oral 
Ability To Work under pressure and meet deadline, with minimum supervision 
Personality Honest, Hardworking and Reliable 
Age 30-50
