An exciting opportunity has opened for dynamic, vibrant, innovative persons to join Old Mutual Contact Centre as Contact Centre Agents dealing with calls/emails/live and social media chats, to meet clients needs. The role also entails selling, upselling & cross-selling Old Mutual group products and services.

Minimum Requirements…

• Any business related degree/diploma/professional qualification such as IMM/CIM/CICM.
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in marketing, sales or customer services or contact centre environment.
• Strong selling & telemarketing skills and Insurance Certificates of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
• Multi-lingual (both verbal & written) will also be an added advantage.

Job Specification…

• Deals with clients queries via telephone by taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
• Completes call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database.
• Obtains and evaluates all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Records and relays all customer feedback to the respective SBUs.
• Handles all queries in adherence with procedural and quality standards.
• Responds to customers online queries.
• Sells group products and services.
