CTS Assistant: Organisation of Rural Associations for Progress (ORAP)

Reports To: The CTS Officer
Duties Include
Recording all deliveries to the districts, maintaining receipts book for Non Food Items and food items delivered to the district; Consolidating dispatches and receipts on waybills, record losses and communicating any discrepancies to the CTS Officer; Keeping and maintaining a proper filing system for the districts; Inputting data into the CTS system and NFIs database and producing all relevant CTS reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Purchasing and Supply; Excellent in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Email and Internet); 1 year experience in a similar position.
