Crates Controller – Brands Fresh

Responsibilities
• Notarize and record all movements in crates
• Make a daily and weekly reconciliation of crates despatched and received into the system.
• Liaise with the drivers to ensure that they collect crates from the customers and properly account for them
• Liaise with Sales to ensure that all merchandisers in the retail shops account for crates despatched to their resident shops.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on crates on hand and in store, submit the reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager.
• Manage the storage and disbursement of crates within the company.
• Ensure that there are weekly stock counts of crates and these are reconciled to the system stock figures.

Qualifications or Skills Required
• 1 – 2 years working on a stock controlling role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• 3 A levels including Accounts
• Ability to monitor and track inventory
• An assertive team player able to work under minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
