Plant Foreman 1764 views

• Reporting to the Plant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• The day to day coordination and supervision of Plant Operators and activities of the gold processing Plant Employees.
• Oversight of management of key production variables within the operation
• Oversight of the efficient operation of the crushing, milling, thickeners, leaching and CIP and Elution and Smelt sections of the Plant

REQUIREMENTS

• HND Mineral Processing & Extractive Metallurgy
• At least 5 Years’ Experience in a Gold Mining Setup with Traceable References
• Proven experience with crushers, milling, thickeners, leaching, CIP and Elution circuits
• Ability to trouble shoot and resolve milling and CIP plant operational deficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels a must
