Key Responsibilities
- Market and drive demonstration requests, quote enquiries, and new client sign-ups for the Digital Tools suite
- Maintain and update the digital tools websites/product pages – content and calls-to-action
- Monitor website, sign-in, demo-request, and access issues, and escalate them promptly to the technical team
- Support broader TMC marketing campaigns and reporting
- Report on leads, demo-to-quote conversion, client onboarding progress, and satisfaction metrics
- Monitor and respond to prospect and client queries, ensuring resolution within the agreed SLA
- Coordinate, monitor, and identify areas of improvement across the complete client journey – from enquiry and demo through to onboarding, go-live, and renewal
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
- Business-related degree/diploma with demonstrated marketing and digital exposure
- Confident, outspoken graduate with a passion for marketing
- Comfortable behind the scenes on a website
- Able to juggle digital marketing, people-facing marketing and technical upkeep
- Detail-oriented and proactive about flagging issues
- Advantageous: experience running an online or onsite training course, or prior experience working at a training/educational institution.
- Good customer-service and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, SMS, and email marketing
- Creative, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
