Job Description SITE LEADERS × 17 Locations: Beitbridge, Binga, Bindura, Chinhoyi, Nembudziya, Gweru, Kwekwe, Harare, Plumtree, Rusape, Shurugwi, Chatsworth, Dete, Glendale We are looking for responsible and results-driven Site Leaders to oversee the daily operations at the service stations. The successful candidates will ensure efficient fuel sales, coupon and fuel card redemption, cash management, compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards and customer service delivery. Reporting to the Regional Sales Supervisor, the Site Leaders will manage pump attendants and general hands, safeguard company assets, and uphold compliance with operational and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise pump attendants and general hands to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to operating procedures.
  • Oversee daily fuel sales, coupon and fuel card redemption, and ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Conduct daily cash and fuel reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Manage banking processes, including cash deposits and reconciliation with sales records.
  • Monitor stock levels, fuel deliveries, and ensure proper handling and storage.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the service station.
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of conduct.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Safeguard company assets by implementing strong controls over cash, fuel, and consumables.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales, preferably within petroleum service stations, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage frontline staff.
  • Solid understanding of cash management, reconciliations, and banking procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
