Key Responsibilities
- Procure according to the Procurement Plan and Childline’s policies.
- Engage suppliers, obtain quotations and prepare purchase requests.
- Maintain procurement records, including invoices, delivery notes, quotations and approval forms.
- Coordinate order processing and deliveries.
- Track requests and follow up on shortages or delays.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and flagging low-stock items.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply, or an equally relevant qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Procurement and Administration.
- Knowledge of national and international procurement regulations.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, writing and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
