Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyze, and report daily sales, turnover, and operational data
- Compile and reconcile sales, stock, and gross profit reports weekly and monthly
- Maintain databases for raw materials, costing, pricing, and recipes
- Verify supplier invoices against GRVs and system records for accuracy
- Conduct cash and stock spot checks, investigate variances
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards for decision-making

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of FMCG industry experience as a Data Analyst or Statistician
- Advanced Excel skills (INDEX & MATCH, XLOOKUP, OFFSET, SUMIFS)
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
