- A leader who will inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams across several vocational subjects/disciplines (hospitality, agriculture, engineering, automotive technology and others).
- An instructor/teacher capable of delivering outstanding teaching, learning and pupil success.

- Build strategic relationships with external corporate partners for pupil workplace experience.
- Lead the team in marketing the Vocational Programme through school Open Days, Parent Expos, and practical demonstrations.
- Guarantee the smooth running, continuous upkeep, and strict safety protocols of our vocational facilities, including a kitchen, engineering workshops and other teaching venues.
- Manage departmental budgets, procurement and coordinate pupil invoicing with our accounts team.

Requirements
- A well-qualified teacher/instructor of a practical or closely related subject.
- Experience as Head of Department/Manager, leading a team of professionals and support staff. (Ideally/preferably in an educational setting).
- Proven track record of strong administrative and organisational skills, with demonstrable experience in financial budgeting and facility/resource management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
