INVESTMENT ANALYST – LICENSING UNIT

Purpose
To conduct investment analysis for general investment projects and SEZ investor licensing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to investors on all licensing processes and procedures, including applications for new licenses, renewals, and amendments.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of all Investment License applications to ensure compliance with ZIDA’s requirements, relevant policies, and applicable investment regulations.
  • Collaborate with the One Stop Investment Service Centre (OSISC) to streamline investor access to key regulatory authorities both within and outside the OSISC setup.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of services, and processes, ensuring alignment with developments in investment promotion and facilitation.
  • Prepare periodic investment reports, analytical updates, and any other reports as required.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and data integrity in all submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business studies or any other related commercial field from a recognized university.
  • A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project facilitation, analysis and monitoring in Private Sector, Public Sector and Business Support Organizations.
