Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day food court operations and overall performance.
• Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure service standards are met.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and security within the food court.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline where applicable.
• Track sales performance and prepare operational reports.
• Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to improve traffic and revenue.
• Liaise with other departments, ,regulatory authorities, & stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in food service, hospitality, or retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
