Job Summary
- Ensures reception area is always smart
- Warmly receives patients and visitors
- Receives, records and relays calls and messages timeously
- Assist patients to complete necessary forms and ensure the information is accurately recorded
- Capturing online claim forms
- Maintenance of petty cash
- Receipting and billing of each and every treatment
- Typing of correspondence and performing secretarial duties when the need arises
Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs routine administrative tasks as requested from time to time.
- Receives mail from staff and visitors and directs them to the relevant people
- Completes the relevant forms from Couriers in preparation for collection of packages/mail by them for onward transmission to the relevant places and signs for all mail delivered by Courier.
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Administration/ Diploma in Secretarial Studies
- 5 Ordinary Level Subjects including English Language experience
- At least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist at a hospital or clinic setup.
- Knowledge in using Health 263 system is an added advantage
- MS Office literacy
- Knowledge of Administration duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Emotional maturity
- Exceptional grooming and deportment
- Accounting experience would advantage is a plus
