Our Pinnacle Property Holdings office is seeking a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to work alongside top-performing Property Consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include database entry, preparing property appraisals, assembling marketing proposals and monitoring Agency agreements. The successful candidate will have a passion for the Real Estate Industry and exceptional administration skills.
Essential Skills and ‘Must Have Qualities:
- Recent Personal Assistant and/or Administration experience, preferably in Real Estate,
- Proven ability to prioritise and multi-task in a high paced environment,
- Ability to accurately prepare documentation to deadlines,
- Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service and professional personal presentation,
- Use of MS Word, Publisher, Outlook and Excel in a business setting,
- Experience in database entry (training provided on Company software),
- Committed to work 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday,
- Must reside within 30 minutes of the Harare,
- Tertiary qualification degree in Commerce, Business Studies (Accounting) or equivalent
