Duties and Responsibilities
• Overseeing financial KPIs
• Participate in and advise during contract negotiations as required, managing all internal support and approvals.
• Develop Deal Summaries for all imminent contracts for management review.
• Development of target proposals, financial models, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Participate in the resolution to contractual and commercial problems
• Reviewing, scrutinizing and developing operational process flows,
• Ensuring timely procurement of project requirements in adherence to necessary regulations and legal requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring timeous communication of Contractor’s equipment deliveries and managing or assisting the Contractor with all statutory requirements for incoming consignments
• Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
• Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of ail Contracts and others stakeholders are properly fulfilled to the time scales identified within the Agreement,
• Monitor and manage the scope, change notices, terms and conditions of any large contract
• Monitor and manage the contract procedures, invoicing, payments, variations, together with contractual entitlements,
• Monthly reporting on variation sand potential variations status and progress
• Review and comment upon the Project PSR (project summary report- accounts) and identify any negative variances: make suggestions on any necessary corrective actions to the Projects Site Manager.
• Implement IMS in work procedures and ensure implementation by subordinates
