A transformative six-month leadership development program designed to cultivate and support the next generation of progressive, value-oriented, and democratic leaders in Zimbabwe.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a transformative six-month training program.
- Attend training sessions conducted on a block-release basis starting in March 2026.
- Develop essential knowledge, skills, and values for effective contribution in shaping Zimbabwe’s social, economic, and political landscape.
- Engage in actions and initiatives for social change in different spaces.
Requirements
- Aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Demonstrated agency in political, social, and economic issues.
- Proven motivation, past engagement, dedication to democratic values, and leadership potential.
- High level of commitment to participate fully in the program throughout its duration.
- Submission of a CV.
- Submission of a motivational letter.
- Submission of a copy of ID.
- A brief write-up answering: What do you consider the biggest challenge currently facing youth in Zimbabwe? (max 250 words).
- A brief write-up answering: How can this challenge be addressed? What are you currently doing to contribute to the solution? (max 250 words).
- A brief write-up answering: If selected, how will the FES Youth Leadership Training Program benefit you and your community? (max 250 words).
