Job Title: Workshop Team Leader

Summary: A company based in Bulawayo is seeking a skilled and experienced all-rounder to lead its workshop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage and motivate workshop staff while ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise workshop staff

• Perform welding, fitting, machining and turning tasks as required

• Conduct onsite quotations and provide accurate cost estimates

• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

• Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively

• Liaise with clients and management to ensure project requirements are met

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in welding, fitting, machining, and turning

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to perform onsite quotations and act as an onsite estimator

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
