A reputable company in the Motor Industry is looking for experienced and Toyota certified Individuals, with proven track records to fill the vacancies of Workshop Manager and Parts Manager for its busy workshop. Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with professional appearances and strong customer relations skills! This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous experience to further their careers. Candidates must have experience working in high volume workshops! Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. Must possess detail-oriented and analytical skills. Sales experience is helpful. Minimum 5 years automotive service-related experience and 1-3 years Dealership Supervisory/Management Experience.

Workshop Manager Duties;

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department
• Facilitates and/or conducts technical training and sends employees to appropriate training schools as needed.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
• Know and understand federal, state and local laws and regulations that affect dealership-related operations.

Parts Manager Duties;

• Department reviews and management.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
• Keeping regular contact and briefings of the team regarding department objectives and give regular and positive feedback on achievements.
• Ensure the systematic induction and performance management of all department employees and aim to stabilise staff turnover by leading a motivated and productive team.
