A Leading Outdoor and Sign Making Company (Harare and Bulawayo) is inviting applications
from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies:

WELLNESS OFFICER (HARARE)
She / he leads wellness initiatives across the organization with the goal of improving the physical, mental and
emotional health and well-being of all employees. He / she is responsible
for creating a psychologically safe environment, maintain compliance with all safety regulations and
ensure that every member of staff complies with the regulated standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (AMONG OTHERS)
• Formulating and Implementation of a health, safety programs
• Responsible for wellness policies and programs such as sporting activities
and social events and encourages full participation from employees.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
• A Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• At least 2 years proven experience as safety officer
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health and
Safety rules and regulations / legislations
