Key Responsibilities
- Provision of reliable web hosting services with a minimum uptime of 99% or higher
- Hosting of MCT’s official website and related subdomains
- Website security including SSL certification, backups, and malware protection
- Training and equipping MCT staff with skills to run the website (update information, blog management and real time posting)
- Technical support and server maintenance
- Domain management and migration support where applicable
