REPORTS TO : Deputy Director -Public Relations

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Designing in-house magazines, diaries, business cards, calendars, pamphlets, newsletter and promotional materials
• Designing, developing and maintaining an interactive ZEC website;
• Timeous posting of electoral information on the website;
• Fool-proof encryption of passwords and securing the website;
• Providing graphics designing expertise;
• Providing any other support as may be required and expected by the Commission.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
• National Diploma or degree in Computer Science/ information technology with Web development component.
• Graphics Designing qualification and experience.
• Ability to develop and customise a functional website
• Proficiency in PHP, Drupal, HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL data base, jQuery and Word Press, After effects, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign (Desk top publishing), Adobe Dimension, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
