Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify and process inbound goods and invoices across stock categories.
- Ensure timely binning of received materials.
- Report stock discrepancies and related issues.
- Pick, package and dispatch outbound goods to Sandvik and Ngezi sites.
- Manage allocations, rotable movements and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions.
- Support stock reconciliation, returns processes and variance investigations.
- Provide inventory reports when required.
- Maintain systematic filing of warehouse records.
- Process documentation for service invoices and Docusign receipts.
- Safely operate forklifts for loading and offloading activities.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
- Report equipment defects and incidents to the Supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety and environmental policies.
- Conduct pre-use equipment checks.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report hazards and incidents immediately.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Stores Management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Experience in inventory reconciliation and document management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Forklift Operating Certificate (an added advantage).
