Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and that orders are fulfilled accurately.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments of automotive parts and inspect them for quality and accuracy.
Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant diploma or degree
1-2 years experience in a warehouse or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
