Key Responsibilities
- Receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods.
- Receive, sort, label and store goods according to defined guidelines.
- Match items against shipment records and inspect goods for damages or defects.
- Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods according to requests or orders.
- Enter data for received and shipped items according to established procedures.
- Support the transportation of materials between departments.
- Refer to stored information and respond to basic enquiries such as inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform order fulfilment based on customer requirements.
- Undertake routine tasks related to movement, tools and packaging, including picking and packing.
- Scan and verify items against shipment records.
- Consolidate transshipment and sorting activities.
- Process applicable documentation during package or freight pick-up or arrival at the warehouse.
- Operate a scanner to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Support daily pick-up schedules and dispatch pick-up and delivery information.
- Provide administrative support related to shipment processing and documentation.
- Update systems regarding warehouse shipments, recovery and uplift.
- Support and relieve deliveries and pickups.
- Manage HMS and traces.
- Call customers for collections.
- Complete the daily WPX Report.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.

- O Level Certificate – Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification – Essential
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Less than 2 years of experience
