A Resort based in Mutoko is looking for experienced Waiters.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages.
3. Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.
4. Set up tables with proper settings, including cutlery, glasses, napkins, and condiments.
5.Clear tables and clean dining areas after guests have finished their meals.
6. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
7. Handle and process customer payments, including cash and card transactions.
8.Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

Qualifications
1. Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent.
2.At least 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
