Job Description

e are seeking a professional Waiter and a professional Waitress with experience in high-end dining settings. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests to their tables

Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)

Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses

Inform customers about the day’s specials

Offer menu recommendations upon request

Take accurate food and drinks orders, using POS ordering software

Serve food and beverages to guests

Communicate order details to the kitchen staff

Deliver checks and collect bill payments

Attend to guests’ needs and ensure they have a positive dining experience

Upsell additional products when appropriate

Handle complaints or concerns from customers professionally

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a high-end dining setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
