Needed, The Lounge Manager who will take care of the operations related to the reception of passengers, the arrivals of
flights, and the check-in process at the lounge, a subsidiary of Traverze Travel at R.G. Mugabe International Airport.
Duties And Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will develop and implement Lounge business strategies that helps create an experience for the lounge users and ensure growth of the business.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ensuring all staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
•Ensuring all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives.
Qualifications And Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IMM, Public Relations or any equivalent qualification.
– At least 3 years management experience
