Valuer – The Herald  924 views

The incumbents will advise clients on valuation of properties including Land & Buildings and Plant & Machinery.

Qualifications 

The incumbent must: 
• Have a degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Be a Registered Valuer with Valuers Council of Zimbabwe
• Be a member of Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe /Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• Have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• A clean class 4 driver’s license
